Delivery

• Free shipping within the EU — on all orders
• €10 flat fee for UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein
• Delivery time: 3–6 business days within EU, 5–8 outside EU
• A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves our warehouse

All prices on the English store are shown in EUR with VAT included. UK and Norwegian customers may be charged local import VAT/duty on delivery in some cases.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days to change your mind from the moment your order is received. This extends the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal.

What can be returned

To be eligible for return the item must be:

• Unused and in brand-new condition
• In its original packaging, unopened and sealed
• With all labels still attached

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of briefs once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless there's a manufacturing defect. Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

How to return

1. Email hello@1stlayers.com with your order number and reason
2. We reply within 24 hours with a return label and instructions
3. Send the parcel as instructed — return postage is the customer's responsibility
4. Refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after we approve the return

Please don't send a return without contacting us first — unannounced parcels are refused at the warehouse.

Damaged or wrong item

Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect — contact us at hello@1stlayers.com with your order number and a picture of the issue and we'll make it right.

Warranty claims

Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 2 years under EU consumer law. Contact us as soon as you discover the defect.
