Welcome to 1stLAYERS. These terms apply between you as a customer and 1stLAYERS (1st Layers AB, reg. no. 559530-4097) when purchasing via 1stlayers.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Order and contract
A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to incorrect pricing, sold-out items or suspected fraud. We may also cancel orders if contact or delivery information is incomplete.
2. Prices and payment
On the English store all prices are shown in EUR including VAT. The applicable VAT rate is determined by the destination country (Stripe Tax). Payment is processed via Stripe (card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No card details are stored on our side — all payment information is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS.
3. Delivery
We deliver across the EU plus UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Free shipping within the EU; €10 flat fee for non-EU European countries. Delivery time 3–6 business days within EU, 5–8 outside EU. Details on Shipping & Returns.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to change your mind from receipt of the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal the item must be unused, in original packaging and with all labels attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of briefs once the sealed packaging has been opened.
EU consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive — our 30-day policy is an extension beyond the statutory minimum.
The customer is responsible for return postage. Refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
5. Warranty claims
Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 2 years under EU consumer law. Contact us at hello@1stlayers.com with your order number and a picture of the issue within a reasonable time.
6. Limitation of liability
We guarantee high-quality products, but we are not responsible for individual allergies or textile sensitivities. We are also not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.
7. Dispute resolution
Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se). Swedish law applies.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify customers with an active relationship by email.
